Established in 1999 and based in Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province, Yuhuan Chaochuan Metal Profiles Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer of various copper alloys (brass, nickle silver and bronze) and high precision cold-drawn shaped profiles and wires made of above alloys.

The benefits of shaped profiles are easy to see. First, it saves processing time. Second, it reduces labor costs and material waste. Finally, it can achieve the surface cleanness and smoothness and dimensions precision difficult to achieve by cutting. This makes precision parts like glasses hinges a natural customer of our products. As a matter of fact, it was the booming eyewear parts industry in Yuhuan City in the 1990s that prompted the introduction of this factory.

As all similar producers can produce customized shapes, we are a little different for two reasons below:

1. We have 8 smelting furnaces and a special technical team to do the smelting ourselves. That means we do not have to buy billets from the market which are of fixed ingredients percentage and can develop new material solutions for current and future challenges – customized to individual requirements .

For example, we can produce unusual leaded free-cutting or high nickel content (40%) copper alloy. Also we can produce billets according to customer’s contents requirements.

2. We have an extensive knowledge of cold drawing very complex and asymmetrical shapes, which derived from the constant need of delicate and ever changing parts from fashion eyewear industry. We focus on copper alloys only，which enable us to best grasp the properties of this metal.

As a result, our tolerance can be equal to 0.01mm. And we are the rare case among the peers to be ISO9001 certified.

With a yearly production capacity of 5000T, we as well supply other industries like key, musical instruments, and electrics. And as a regular product, We also manufacture traditional round wire (1.6mm-9mm) in copper,brass, nickel silver or bronze.
